Where are my lessons and mock exams?
Log in using the button at the top right, then click My Course. Your lessons and practice quizzes are in Modules 1 to 5, and the 15 timed mock exams are in Module 6.
How do I enroll in the course?
Go to our Pricing and Enrolment page, click Enrol Now, confirm the access statement, then pay securely. Your access starts straight away.
Is the course content up-to-date?
We review the course regularly against the official handbook topics. Always check GOV.UK for the latest official information about the test.
Do you offer technical support?
We provide dedicated support for any technical issues related to our platform. Our team is available to assist you with login, dashboard navigation, and module access.
Can I take the official test online?
No. The official Life in the UK Test is taken in person at an approved test centre. You must book it separately through GOV.UK. We are not affiliated with the UK government.
What is the refund policy?
Your course access starts as soon as you purchase. Before paying, you'll be asked to agree to immediate access and confirm you understand you lose your 14-day right to cancel once access begins. We don't offer refunds for change of mind after access has started. If the course is faulty, can't be accessed, or is materially different from its description, contact us and we'll put it right as required by law. See our Refund Policy for full details.
