1. About us

Life in the UK Pass Smart is run by Miss Tetteh, a sole trader in the United Kingdom. You can contact us using the form on our Contact page.

2. The course

Our self-paced online course includes 14 lessons, 13 practice quizzes, 15 timed mock exams and access to a private student study group. We are an independent preparation service and are not affiliated with or endorsed by the UK government. The course does not include the official Life in the UK Test, which you must book separately through GOV.UK. We cannot guarantee that you will pass.

3. Price and payment

The price is shown in pounds sterling (GBP) before you pay. Payment is taken when you enrol.

4. Your access

Your access starts as soon as your purchase is complete and lasts for six months. It is for your personal use only. Please do not share your login or the course materials with anyone else.

5. Cancellation and refunds

Before you pay, you will be asked to confirm that you want immediate access and that you understand you will lose your 14-day right to cancel once access begins. We do not offer refunds for change of mind after access has started. If the course is faulty, cannot be accessed or is materially different from its description, you have rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and we will repair or replace it or give a refund where required. 6. Using the course and study group

You must not copy, sell or share our course content, and you must not post real questions from the official test. Please follow the study group rules. We may suspend access if these terms are seriously broken.

7. Accuracy

We work hard to keep the course accurate and up to date, but official information can change. Always check GOV.UK for the latest official guidance.

8. Our responsibility to you

We are responsible for loss or damage you suffer that is a foreseeable result of us breaking these terms or failing to use reasonable care and skill. We are not responsible for business losses, or for the result of your official test. Nothing in these terms limits our liability where the law does not allow it, or affects your statutory rights.

9. Changes and availability

We may update the course or these terms from time to time. We aim to keep the site available, but it may occasionally be unavailable for maintenance.

10. Law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. If you live in Scotland or Northern Ireland, you can also bring a claim in your local courts.
