Refund and Cancellation Policy
This policy explains your rights when you buy the Life in the UK Pass Smart online course. It does not affect your statutory rights.
Immediate access to digital content
Our course is digital content. Access starts as soon as your purchase is complete and lasts for six months. Before you pay, we ask you to tick a box to confirm that you expressly consent to immediate access and that you understand you will lose your 14-day right to cancel once access begins. This box is never pre-ticked.
Change of mind
Because access starts immediately with your consent, we do not offer refunds for change of mind once access has begun.
If something is wrong
If the course is faulty, cannot be accessed, or is materially different from its description, please contact us through our Contact page. We will repair or replace the content, or, where the law requires it, give you a full or partial refund.
